I love seeing the slight nervousness of a bride on her wedding day; how they look at me with anxiousness in their eyes and hang on my every word as I tell them where we're headed and what's up next on the timeline. I love how the suspense builds up until that very moment when she sees her groom and the smile that fills her face finally relaxes her. It's precious to watch over and over again, every single time! Gen was no different. She looked to me to tell her what to do next and I remember telling her that we were right on schedule and to breathe.
When Gen informed me that her parents were able to fly in from India and make it to the wedding, I was ecstatic for her! I could tell she was happy that they were able to be there as well. I loved seeing the traditional saris a few of the guests and her mother wore, they were absolutely beautiful!
The details of her gown were also absolutely gorgeous! It had been hand-stitched in India and I loved capturing every inch of it!
These two are the sweetest and I could feel the love pouring from their family and friends throughout the ceremony and multiple speeches at the reception.
Gen and Adam: Thank you for trusting in me to capture your big day! It was beautiful and I loved meeting many of your family and friends as we all witnessed the love you two have for one another.
